Another winter season of Creek sports
ended with the ultimate accomplishment for two Beavercreek students. Junior Daniel Glascoe
(left) won the STATE Boys Individual Bowling honors with a 730 series. Senior Megan Gill
(right)
won the STATE Gymnastics Beam event and also medaled on bars
(2nd) and All Around (3rd). Josh Steven took the 3rd place medal in Wrestling (125 lb). Kudos to all the state participants including the Girls Bowling team (5th place) and Kristen Kramer (gymnastics- beam). Links to more information can be found in 'results' below.

The
Beavercreek Sox will hold tryouts for the 2010 season on
Monday, March 22. Tryouts will be held at the McLin Gymnasium at the
Nutter Center on the campus of Wright State University. The tryouts
are for boys ages 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. At least one Beavercreek
Sox select baseball team will be chosen for each of these age

Josh fought his way back after losing in the Quarterfinals, winning
three consolation matches and the 3rd place match with a pin.
